My folks used this for a short time before Evoca stopped providing services. I think this box will still allow for over the air channels, but do not know a lot about it myself. Checked to be sure it powers on, but did not hook it up. It worked just fine a couple of years ago. Comes in the original box with manual, hdmi, power cord and remote.
