This listing comes with the Amp, Power Cord, and Ethernet Cable. I have personally tested it and can confirm that it does connect to the newest version of the SONOS app as you can see in the pictures. It is a Gen 2 Since the manufacture date is June 2016 (1606 prefix). Unit is in great condition with little wear on the outer shell.
